In order to better serve the staff and community at Blessed Pope John XXIII an online work order ticket can be filled out for any maintenance issues that need to be addressed.
Please fill in the information below and the appropriate individuals will receive the notice immediately. Please do try to be as detailed as possible, it is better to have too much information than not enough.
All maintenace will be addressed based on severity of the issue.
